President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has officially assumed the post of head of state for the seventh term. The inauguration ceremony took place on March 25 in the Ceremonial Hall at the Independence Palace in Minsk.

At the beginning of the event, Lukashenko laid his hand on the Constitution and took the oath in the Belarusian language.
