TV presenter Konstantin Tsivilev has died.


TV journalist Konstantin Tsivilev died in Moscow at the age of 60, his former colleague, director David Schneiderov, announced on March 25.
"Konstantin Tsivilev has left. The golden team of the "Silver Rain" is leaving. There are no others, but those...," he wrote on his Facebook page (owned by Meta, a company whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
Tsivilev was born in 1965 in Moscow. In 1993, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Culture (MGIK). In the 1990s, he was the editor of the department of satire and humor on Radio 1, an author and presenter on ORT. The audience remembered him for the popular TV shows "Vremechko", "Segodnyachko", he also hosted the programs "Ivanov, Petrov, Sidorov", "Liquid Nails", "What's new?", "Everyday affairs".
In addition, Tsivilev is known for his work on the radio. From 2003 to 2008, he produced the author's program "Sluggards" on the radio station "Silver Rain". And since 2008, he has been working for Radio Mayak. The journalist has published three books — stories about childhood in the USSR and collections of tales about TV stars ("Jokes from Konstantin, or SHOCK", "It's fun to be lazy").
