The military of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed the control point of the UAV and a mortar of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The operators of the FPV drones of the motorized rifle unit of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed the control point for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and a mortar of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of the Markovo settlement. This was announced on March 25 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Thanks to aerial reconnaissance, an enemy drone control point was discovered. After the motorized rifle battle, the landing site of the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was identified, the enemy crew was tracked, and personnel shelters were found. Then the operators of the FPV drones destroyed the control center along with the personnel.

In addition, a mortar position of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was detected with the help of a reconnaissance drone. The enemy tried to disguise it, but the coordinated actions of the Russian fighters made it possible to deliver an accurate blow, the department noted.

On March 21, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the scouts of the Southern Group of Forces attacked three control points of Ukrainian UAVs. Footage of the combat work of the FPV drone operators of the reconnaissance battalion of the 3rd combined Arms army of the South group of forces shows how, using quadrocopters, the scouts destroyed three UAV control points in the area of the village of Grigorovka.
