The Su-34 crew struck a stronghold with Ukrainian Armed Forces militants in the Kursk border region

The crew of the Su-34 multifunctional supersonic fighter-bomber of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) attacked the personnel and a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of the Kursk region. This was announced on March 25 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry noted that the strike was carried out on reconnoitered targets with aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UMPC). After confirmation from intelligence about the destruction of personnel and the AFU stronghold, the crew returned safely to the departure airfield.

"The task is to finally defeat the enemy in the Kursk region as soon as possible"

Putin, in military uniform, held a meeting at one of the command posts of this group of troops.

On March 23, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that an army aviation crew on a Ka-52 helicopter launched a missile attack on personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, destroying targets in the border area of the Kursk region. It was clarified that after using aviation weapons, the crew performed an anti-missile maneuver, released heat traps and returned to the departure area.
