Housing and social facilities will be built in seven districts of Moscow under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Monday, March 24, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, in 2024, 13 planning projects were approved in the capital under the KRT program. The total land area is 227.7 hectares. It is planned to build 5.7 million square meters there. m of real estate. The projects provide for the creation of well-maintained residential areas, business and industrial complexes, and landscaping of the territory, writes RT. As a result, 45,2 thousand jobs will be created.

The sites are located, in particular, on the territory of the former industrial zones "Kotlyakovo", "Main Streets", "Teply Stan", the Moscow city News agency notes.
