The State Department allowed the resolution of disagreements on Ukraine only after the cease-fire

The discussion of territorial and other issues surrounding the Ukrainian conflict will begin after a cease-fire is reached. This was announced on March 24 by the official representative of the US State Department, Tammy Bruce.

"When there is a full cease—fire, we will be able to discuss the differences and what will follow to achieve sustainable peace," Bruce stressed.

She added that the parties are now close to a ceasefire agreement. In particular, this concerns the cessation of hostilities in the Black Sea.

To this end, an attempt was made to invade the Belgorod Region and attack a Russian energy facility in the Krasnodar Territory.

Earlier, on March 24, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the negotiating groups of the Russian Federation and the United States do not plan to sign any documents following the meeting in Riyadh. Also on this day, the State Duma stated that it would take several rounds of negotiations between the delegations of Moscow and Washington to reach agreements.
