Since the relaunch of the capital's Academy of Innovators in 2023, more than 31,000 entrepreneurs have joined the ecosystem. The online platform contains tools for opening, developing and scaling technology startups, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"Today, the geography of the program covers 46 countries of the world. In Russia, its opportunities are used by entrepreneurs from more than 340 cities: St. Petersburg, Tyumen, Murmansk, Kazan, Vladivostok and many others. In less than two years, ecosystem residents have created almost 5,000 innovative projects," Sergunina said.

Registered users of the Academy of Innovators platform can access a map of requests from large companies — industrial enterprises, developers, and retailers — to develop modern solutions. You can also take free online courses there. Among the topics are the basics of doing business in the field of high technology, ways to attract investment and IT competencies.

The Academy of Innovators also hosts an accelerator, where participants work with experts on their projects and present developments to potential buyers and investors. To become a participant, you must register, submit your project and be selected. Applications for the sixth stream are currently being accepted.

"The participants of the previous five streams attracted more than 530 million rubles of investments and grants. The total turnover of the teams already exceeds 600 million rubles," Sergunina said.
