The new Omoda C7 crossover was shown in Russia

Omoda has organized a series of demonstrations of the new flagship crossover C7 in Russia. The car will be on display in the showrooms of dealers in Moscow and the Moscow Region until April 14, the company's press service said in a statement received by Izvestia. It is not specified when exactly the model will be available in Russia. The novelty will be the brand's second crossover on the Russian market after the C5.

The Omoda C7 is a rechargeable hybrid, the power plant of which consists of a 1.5 petrol turbo engine and an electric motor. The car can travel 95 km on electric power, and in hybrid mode the power reserve reaches 1,250 km. Dimensions of the car: length — 4.62 m, width — 1.87 m, height — 1.67 m.

A multimedia system with a 15.6-inch screen is responsible for the functionality of the C7. The projection display displays basic information, including speed and navigation directions. Support for telematics services allows you to remotely start the engine or unlock the doors using your smartphone. 50W wireless charging provides energy replenishment for devices.

The crossover received an atmospheric illumination in 256 colors in the cabin with a dynamic lighting function. It can change depending on different driving scenarios and adjust to the rhythm of the music from the speakers of the audio system. The list of options also includes an all-round camera with a transparent landing gear, adaptive cruise control and other assistants.

On December 6 last year, Omoda introduced the updated C5 crossover in Russia. The restyled SUV features a new frameless radiator grille, a revised shape of the front bumper and a design of the rims.
