Sberbank customers reported that they could not log into the mobile application, and when they tried to log in, users received notifications that the service was temporarily unavailable. On March 24, the Downdetector portal reported that powerful failures were recorded on the portal.

As of 14:00, it is indicated that more than a thousand complaints have been received from users.

"The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in five minutes or later. Error code: 40-01," says one of the RIA Novosti notifications.

Another message says that there are problems with the Internet on the portal. To eliminate them, it is suggested to connect to another mobile network or Wi-Fi, as well as disable the VPN or select Russia in it.

Later, the press service of the TASS credit institution reported that at the moment the bank's systems are already working normally, the application has been restored.

On March 20, Roskomnadzor (RCN) told Izvestia that the inactivity of some Russian services was related to the use of a foreign server infrastructure, on which failures were recorded. The agency recommended that domestic organizations use the capacities of Russian hosting providers. On the same day, several providers of the Russian Federation, telecom operators, messengers and marketplaces failed, as indicated by the data in the Downdetector application.
