During the year, travelers began to prefer houses in nature on holiday weekends three times more often. This follows from the data of the OneTwoTrip service, which was reviewed by Izvestia on March 25.

Mostly Russians plan short trips outside the city together: 62% of orders are placed for 1-3 days, and 48% of bookings indicate two guests.

The Leningrad Region turned out to be the most popular place for country holidays in early May: 16.4% of orders were placed there. On average, a house on the shore of the Gulf of Finland and in other locations of the region costs 5,000 rubles per night. The surroundings of Sochi are in second place: 14.2% of Russians are going to the south. The cost of such housing there is 3 thousand rubles per day. The Moscow region closes the top three (13.4%), where a holiday house can be booked for about 6 thousand rubles.

Also, on long weekends, tourists rent outdoor housing in Karelia (the share is 6.9%, the average cost is 5 thousand rubles per night), Kazan (6.8%; 8 thousand rubles) and the Caucasian Mineral Waters (6.2%, reservations are mainly in Kislovodsk and Zheleznovodsk, where renting a house costs about 7 thousand rubles. rubles per day).

In addition, the list of popular regions includes the Pskov region (5.7%, 9 thousand rubles per night), Zelenogradsk (3.1%; 9 thousand rubles), Suzdal (2.7%; 5 thousand rubles) and Altai (2.5%; 8 thousand rubles).

Earlier, on February 23, experts from the OneTwoTrip travel planning service told Izvestia about popular spring destinations. According to their information, Russians often choose Sochi, Lake Ladoga and Dagestan for recreation. Experts singled out Egypt, Japan and Turkey among the foreign destinations.
