According to the Pskov news feed, the bill was received by the financial institution in proceeds from a local store. A criminal case has been opened.

In January, a man was convicted of making counterfeit banknotes in Belgorod. The defendant printed banknotes worth 25 million rubles at his home. For these purposes, the man purchased special equipment. He managed to put some of the money into circulation together with his accomplices. Belgorodets was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison.
