14 Khabarovsk enterprises will receive support to increase productivity.

In 2025, 14 local enterprises in the Khabarovsk Territory will receive free support to increase labor productivity. Experts from the federal and regional competence centers will help optimize processes and train employees in lean manufacturing technologies.

According to IA AmurMedia, the acceptance of applications from companies for participation in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" has already begun. A meeting with the business dedicated to participation in the project was held the day before in Khabarovsk.

According to Oksana Ivanova, senior consultant at the Federal Center for Productivity Competencies, participation in the project can not only eliminate "weaknesses" in production processes, but also identify growth points, and at the same time train employees to continuously improve processes.

Ivanova noted that since 2017, more than 6 thousand organizations in the country have increased their efficiency through participation in the project. Labor productivity increased by an average of 24%. In the Khabarovsk Territory, 45 enterprises of various industries participate in project 3. The economic effect of the pilot projects alone exceeded 3 billion rubles, said Elena Stetsyuk, Director of the Regional Competence Center.

The agency clarifies that within six months, the participating companies will undergo training, then they will create their own project office and try, with the support of experts, to optimize one of the main production flows at the enterprise. In the next 2.5 years, they will independently optimize the processes at the remaining sites.

The project participants will retain the opportunity to receive training, share experiences and consult with experts.

Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of 2025, the production of semi-finished meat products in the Khabarovsk Territory has increased by 10%. This was facilitated by the development of new types of products, the expansion of sales markets and the geography of supplies.
