MTS Web Services has launched a containerization platform for the development and operation of Enterprise-scale applications.
According to MTS, the MWS Container Platform combines Kubernetes, DevOps, AI and data services into a single solution that "allows you to optimize the development process, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of business processes."
"The MWS Container Platform includes the necessary components for hosting and operating containerized applications: logging and monitoring, security, network management, as well as tools for developers. This solution simplifies the daily tasks of infrastructure administration and accelerates the release of new products," said Mikhail Tutaev, MTS Web Services Product Director.
According to him, the platform is managed through an intuitive graphical web interface, API or CLI, which makes it accessible to both experienced professionals and engineers with basic skills in working with Kubernetes. "In addition, the platform provides a transparent division of resources across projects and a flexible role model, which simplifies the organization of work processes in large development teams," Tutaev added.
The MWS Container Platform is an enterprise solution for centralized management of Kubernetes clusters. It is designed to work in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, including closed circuits without Internet access. The platform automates key processes such as cluster deployment, updating, scaling, and monitoring. As a result, the burden on IT teams is reduced by 40%, and the cost of operating the infrastructure is optimized, the company said.
In addition, MTS continued, the built-in DevOps tools accelerate the release of new applications by 70% and simplify their operation. At the same time, if the company already uses its own tools, the platform can be easily integrated with them thanks to its open architecture. The platform's services also allow you to quickly deploy the most used databases and message brokers (PostrgeSQL, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
