Environmental control was carried out in the Khabarovsk Territory in the bay of Muchke in the Vaninsky district. Representatives of the Khabarovsk Central Research Laboratory took water samples in the immediate vicinity of the Daltransugol terminal.

The press service of the AmurMedia news agency said that samples were taken at six points in the bay. The specialists reached the selection sites on the tugboat "Urgal". Later, the samples will be sent to Khabarovsk to an accredited laboratory, and analytical chemists will be involved in further tests.

According to Gleb Ivanov, an agrochemist at the testing laboratory of the Agrochemical Service center, such studies are conducted once a quarter. The results of the tests will be known within a few weeks.

The agency clarifies that, according to the results of the same study conducted in October 2024, the values for 10 indicators were significantly lower than the maximum permissible concentrations.

Earlier it was reported that an atlas of problematic objects appeared in the Khabarovsk Territory. An Internet portal has started operating on which local governments and executive authorities leave data on problematic housing and communal services, medicine, education, road facilities and ecology. The reason for inclusion in the atlas is the residents' dissatisfaction with the facility.
