- The Iranian Foreign Minister announced the country's readiness to conduct indirect negotiations with the United States.

Iran is ready to conduct indirect negotiations with the United States in the face of pressure from Washington. This was announced on March 24 by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on the air of the SNN TV channel.
"Our clear policy is the absence of direct negotiations with the United States under the pressure of maximum sanctions and threats," Araghchi said in an interview published on the Telegram channel SNN.
According to him, this position remains unchanged until another approach to the people of Iran is seen. The country will enter into direct negotiations because of the accusations that are being made every day, but the way remains open for "indirect" negotiations.
Araghchi also stressed that Iran will not miss any opportunity to achieve its national interests.
On March 16, the Iranian Foreign Minister said that the United States has no right to talk about how to conduct the country's foreign policy. Washington cannot impose it on Tehran.
