A case of negligence was opened in Kuban after dogs attacked teenagers

A criminal case on negligence was opened after stray dogs attacked teenagers in the Ust-Labinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory. This was reported on March 24 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (SU TFR) for the region.

"On this fact, the Ust-Labinsk interdistrict investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory immediately initiated a criminal case on negligence (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the agency's Telegram channel said.

At the moment, investigators are establishing the details of what happened. The progress of the investigation of the criminal case is under control in the regional court.
