- Sobyanin: The most important equipment for the production of microcircuits has been created in Moscow

Technopolis Moscow SEZ resident company has created Russia's first photolithograph with a resolution of 350 nanometers. This was announced on Monday, March 24, by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
"There are fewer than ten countries in the world capable of creating this key equipment for the production of microchips. Now Russia is among them," reads a message on the mayor's Telegram channel.
The Russian photolithograph was created in partnership with a Belarusian plant with extensive experience in this field, and is very different from its foreign counterparts, Sobyanin said.
"For the first time, a solid—state laser was used as radiation, not a mercury lamp, but a powerful and energy—efficient laser with high durability and a narrower spectrum," he explained.
Earlier, on March 14, Sobyanin spoke about the growing turnover of the capital's pharmaceutical sector. Last year, the sector's turnover reached 606.3 billion rubles. This is almost 44% more than in 2023 at comparable prices. Now, the mayor continued, the capital is preparing to launch the production of new medicines. These are drugs based on monoclonal antibodies against rheumatoid arthritis and for the treatment of osteoporosis.
