Lancet crews destroyed Leopard tanks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Red Army area

Servicemen of the calculations of the FPV drone and Lancet barrage ammunition of the Center group of forces destroyed Leopard tanks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area. This was announced on March 24 by the Ministry of Defense.

"Leopard destroyed it. I was just flying on a duty flight, and I see a tank driving along a forest belt. I worked on it, it stopped. I flew the second drone, and I also informed everyone else that if it didn't stop, they would help me finish it off. I flew the second drone, worked into the tower and burned it," said Junior Sergeant Alexander Baletsky, an instructor of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The calculation of the Lancet barrage ammunition under the command of the deputy platoon commander, senior Sergeant Roman Mitrofanov, who has not a single dozen units of destroyed equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is considered one of the most effective in the unit.

"The Leopard tank was discovered, it was coming from a firing position, that is, it fired back, it was immediately noticed, and the Lancet was launched. Accordingly, they caught up and inflicted fire damage with the ignition of ammunition," Mitrofanov commented.

On March 17, the crew of the T-80BVM tank of the 1st Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Slavic Order of the Republic brigade of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the Center group of forces destroyed the AFU stronghold in the Red Army area of the special military operation.
