The lawyer confirmed the wrongdoing in Apachev's actions in Court

By leaving graffiti in the Court, musician and blogger Akim Apachev committed a number of offenses. Lawyer Yevgeny Krivtsun told Izvestia about this on Sunday, March 23.

"The blogger's behavior is unacceptable, especially in an area where there is currently high danger <...> [Apachev] commits a number of offenses, including hooliganism," he said.

The lawyer added that the Investigative Committee may perceive graffiti as a basis for initiating a criminal case. The blogger may face charges of inciting ethnic hatred and property damage.

Earlier that day, the Kursk region promised to fine musician Apachev after his trip to Suju. The fact that the blogger visited Cambodia and defiantly engaged in property damage is confirmed by a video that he posted on his channel.It is noted that residents of the region reacted negatively to photos of the walls of destroyed buildings published in Apachev's Telegram channel.
