Russian delegation arrives in Riyadh for talks with the United States

The Russian delegation arrived in Riyadh for talks with the American side. This was announced on March 23 by one of the members of the delegation, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Grigory Karasin.

"The delegation has arrived in Riyadh, and negotiations will begin on March 24 in the morning," he told TASS.

Earlier on Sunday, Mike Waltz, Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security, said that Washington and Moscow would discuss territorial issues, as well as the cessation of hostilities in the Black Sea and the resumption of trade along it.

Negotiations between the Russian and US delegations will take place in the capital of Saudi Arabia on March 24. They will discuss the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine and the implementation of the Black Sea initiative. The Russian delegation will be led by Chairman Karasin and Advisor to the head of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Sergey Beseda.
