Five civilians were injured in an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Horlivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on March 23 by the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko.
He noted that Ukrainian militants had attacked an apartment building in the city center with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
"Children are injured (teenagers, girls), two. Not serious [injuries]. <...> There are two injured adults," Prikhodko wrote on his Telegram channel. He later added that a 16-year-old was also injured.
Earlier that day, the Office for the Documentation of war Crimes of Ukraine of the administration of the head and Government of the DPR (JCCC) reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out 11 attacks on the territory of the DPR during the day. Ten attacks were recorded in the Gorlovka direction and one in the Svetlodarsk direction. A total of 36 pieces of various ammunition were fired.
