Musician Akim Apachev to be fined for vandalism in College

Musician and blogger Akim Apachev will be fined for entering the border territory of the Kursk region without the permission of the headquarters and vandalism in the city of Sudzha. This was announced on March 23 by the acting head of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.
"Blogger Akim Apachev, who decided to circumvent the ban on entry into the border area, will be fined. The fact that the blogger visited Cambodia and defiantly engaged in property damage is confirmed by the video that he posted on his channel," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Khinstein, there are at least three elements of an administrative offense in Apachev's actions: violation of the entry ban, use of profanity, as well as damage to property and vandalism. The acting governor has already instructed the head of the regional security committee to prepare the initiation of administrative proceedings, and the authorities will also apply to the prosecutor's office and the internal affairs bodies with relevant statements.
It is noted that residents of the region reacted negatively to photos of the walls of destroyed buildings in Sudzha published on Apachev's Telegram channel. Aggressive responses followed from the musician to such comments, Khinstein added.
"When a just indignant reaction began to arrive from residents who cannot look at the destroyed and now obscene walls without tears, there is a boorish response: "If you don't like it, come and paint it over." Moreover, in the comments he allows himself to score "arrows" for women! I consider this to be just a brazen provocation! <...> All materials will be submitted to the competent authorities. I am convinced that the reaction will not be long in coming," the acting head of the region added.
On March 13, the Russian Armed Forces liberated the settlements of Sudzha, Melovoy and Podol in the Kursk region. During the day, the Ukrainian army lost more than 340 militants, three armored personnel carriers, and two infantry fighting vehicles in the Kursk border area.
