The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the car of the head of the Kursk region district during the bread delivery

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the car of the head of the Belovsky district of the Kursk region, Nikolai Volobuyev, when he was delivering bread to local residents. This was announced on March 23 by the acting head of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"Nikolay Volobuyev is regularly in the area, visits residents and helps them. At the time of the attack, I came to give bread to the people who remained there. The car that was hit was seriously damaged," he said in his Telegram channel.
