The Israeli military managed to intercept a missile launched from Yemen. This was announced on March 23 by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

"After sirens sounded in several areas of Israel, a missile launched from Yemen was intercepted by the Israeli Air Force before crossing the Israeli border," the report said.

The department also clarified that the sirens were launched in accordance with the protocol.
