- The Ministry of Defense showed the evacuation of captured AFU equipment from the Kursk region

On March 23, the Russian Ministry of Defense showed footage of the evacuation and subsequent repair of captured equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which was obtained during the fighting in the border area of the Kursk region.
"The next samples of captured equipment were delivered to the location of the Tula Guards Airborne unit from the battlefield from the border areas of the Kursk region by the forces of the Airborne repair and evacuation group," the department said.
In total, the Ukrainian Soviet-made BRDM, the BM-21 Grad MLRS, the American M2 Bradley BMP and the Turkish Kirpi armored car were put into working order by the efforts of the repair and evacuation units.
"The evacuation of equipment took place in two stages. First, an engineering survey of the area was conducted to ensure the safety of personnel. The second stage was a direct operation to evacuate captured military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the Defense Ministry said.
It is reported that a decision will be made soon on how this technique will be used.
On March 14, the Russian Armed Forces began exporting captured AFU equipment from the Kursk region. The video shows a Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, M-113 armored personnel carriers, Kozak armored vehicles and other equipment thrown by the enemy along the entire Kursk direction. To evacuate the equipment, the military first explores the path using a drone, after which sappers arrive.
