Salah al-Bardawil, the political leader of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas, was killed in an Israeli airstrike in the southern Gaza Strip. This was announced on March 22 by the press service on the Hamas Telegram channel.
"MP Salah al-Bardawil and his wife were killed in the Israeli bombing of tents housing displaced people west of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip," the statement said.
