One person was killed and eight injured, including four children, in a four-car accident in Tula. This was announced on March 22 by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It is specified that four passenger cars collided on 199 km of the M-2 highway. Rescuers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations unblocked the trapped driver and handed him over to doctors.
