Russia invites Serbia to security meeting in Moscow

Russia has invited Serbia to participate in the international meeting of high representatives on security issues in Moscow. This was announced on March 22 by the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergei Shoigu, during a meeting with Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Vulin.

"We are waiting for our Serbian friends in Moscow on May 27-29, including to participate in the 13th international meeting of high representatives in charge of security issues," TASS quoted him as saying.

In December, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced that he had agreed with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to attend the Victory Day Parade in Moscow on May 9, 2025.
