On March 22, in Moscow, on the anniversary of the terrorist attack, a memorial in memory of the victims of the tragedy was opened in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. Footage from the scene is published by Izvestia.

The monument is located opposite the concert hall and the second pavilion of Crocus Expo, it is presented in the form of two steles with beveled upper edges. They depict cranes flying skyward.
