The head of the Crimean Parliament announced fantastic changes in the region in 11 years

The citizens of Ukraine who would decide to visit Crimea would see that in 11 years there have been fantastic changes for the better. This was stated on March 22 by the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, during an interview with RIA Novosti.

"We have something to show so that they don't listen to the nonsense of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky, and they saw for themselves what Crimea has become over these 11 years. If someone has been here before, they will be surprised not to recognize the peninsula," said Konstantinov.

According to him, Crimea is an example of effective and dynamic development of the territory.

Sergey Aksyonov, the head of the region, spoke about cooperation with the new territories of the Russian Federation, international contacts in the era of sanctions and the fulfillment of presidential instructions.

On March 21, Viktor Zhilenko, a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea, a member of the Committee on Resorts and Tourism, refuted the judgment of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky related to the lack of tourism in the region. He noted that a significant transformation of the tourist infrastructure has been carried out there in 11 years.
