Calculations of D-30 howitzers hit the military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod border area

Calculations of D-30 howitzers of the North group of forces destroyed military equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod border area. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on Friday, March 22.

"Calculations of D-30 howitzers of the artillery division of the North group of forces destroyed military equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod border region during firing missions," the military department reports.

After receiving the coordinates of the target from the scouts, the division commander set the task of destroying the Ukrainian militants as they approached the border. Russian military personnel brought the D-30 howitzer crews on alert in one minute.

As a result, the military equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine found in the forest belts were destroyed by precise hits of the North group of forces. When completing the firing task, the guns are masked as much as possible in order to avoid counter-battery warfare.

"The signalmen are working hard. The bull is being driven — the work is underway. I'm sitting on the towers, looking at the whole picture from above. You won't see that in the movies. Everything flies. <...> Our cover is covered. They get caught. I see the hits. The sides are working, they're doing great," said the signalman with the call sign Tourist.

The fighters will have the opportunity to prepare in advance to repel an air raid.

The day before, on March 21, the Russian Ministry of Defense told about the exploits of the Russian army soldiers in the area of the special military operation (SVO). Tretyakov professionally supervised the calculation, conducted targeted fire at specified coordinates, destroyed artillery, armored vehicles and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the battle, he was able to eliminate an enemy stronghold in which the enemy personnel were stationed.
