Medvedev lost to the 56th racket of the world at the "Master" in Miami

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev lost to Spanish athlete Jaume Munar in the semifinal match of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Masters tournament in Miami and failed to reach the third round of the competition.
The game took place on March 21 and ended with the score 2:6, 3:6. Its duration was 1 hour and 19 minutes.
Medvedev has one drop serve, four double faults and no break points. Munaru, in turn, did not make a single ace, not a single double mistake and made three break points out of 11, Sport-Express clarifies.
Medvedev is the eighth racket of the world in the ATP ranking, Munar is on the 56th line.
In the third round, the Spanish tennis player will play the winner of the Gael Monfils (France) — Jiri Legechka (Czech Republic, 26th seed) pair.
Earlier, on March 15, Medvedev lost 5-7, 4-6 to Danish athlete Holger Rune in the semi-final match of the ATP Masters series in Indian Wells and failed to reach the final of the competition.
