One of the tanks that caught fire was completely extinguished at an oil depot in the Kavkazsky district of the Krasnodar Territory. This was announced on March 21 by the operational headquarters of the region.

"The tank that caught fire on March 19 at an oil depot in the Kavkazsky district was completely extinguished. As of 20:00, the fire area is 1,250 square meters," the headquarters' Telegram channel says.

The second tank, which ignited on the night of March 21, is currently being extinguished. The remaining tanks of the tank farm are also cooled to prevent further spread of the fire.

The fire at the oil depot became known on March 19. The fire occurred as a result of falling debris from a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The company's shift workers were evacuated.

On March 21, an explosion occurred at a burning oil depot, as a result of which two firefighters were injured. On the same day, Gorenje was able to eliminate the burning in the collapse of one of the tanks.
