The staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations provided assistance to the courier who got stuck in a tree. This was announced on March 21 at the main directorate of the Russian Guard in Moscow.

The incident occurred on Khokhlovsky Lane. The Russian Guards found the man during a patrol and called emergency workers to the scene.

According to the agency, the courier arrived to deliver the order, but after entering the building, the door slammed shut. In an attempt to leave the house, the man climbed through the window onto the roof, and then moved to a tree, from where he could not descend on his own.

The citizen received timely assistance and avoided possible injuries.

Earlier, on March 19, emergency workers rescued 26 fishermen from an ice floe in the Yaroslavl region. Near the village of Svingino, the men were swept 25 m from the shore., the department reported. Rescuers on two hovercraft were working at the scene.
