Oleg Baranov, ex-guitarist of S.P.O.R.T. and Tequilajazzz bands, has died.

57-year-old guitarist Oleg Baranov, who played in the rock bands S.P.O.R.T., Tequilajazzz and Bondzinsky, died in St. Petersburg. This was announced by the S.P.O.R.T. group on the VKontakte social network.

"Our Oleg has left. We grieve immensely," the March 20 publication says.

The cause of death of the musician was not reported, clarifies "Газета.Ru ".

The guitarist was also involved in producing young musicians. In addition, he organized regional Guitar Hero competitions.

The S.P.O.R.T. collective has gained popularity thanks to compositions that resemble philosophical monologues in recitative. The band's musicians took part in the Invasion festival five times.

In turn, the band Tequilajazzz performs alternative rock and jazz rock. The team became especially famous after such significant works as "Virus" and "Celluloid". In 2010, it was announced that the band had disbanded, but in 2015 they started performing again.
