To develop effective measures to support science, it is necessary to have a constant dialogue between the scientific community and the government and business, and the Congress provides an opportunity to hear young scientists and their opinions on the development of science, as well as to understand the needs of the government and business in research and scientific personnel, to form a request for the education system, to identify support measures for different areas of science," – Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, head of the interdepartmental working group on the preparation and holding of the Congress of Young Scientists and satellite events, said.

"The Congress of Young Scientists is a key event of the Decade of Science and Technology, a catalyst for new projects. A unique platform where researchers, engineers, technology entrepreneurs, heads of state corporations and large technology companies meet. It is planned to further expand the exhibition of modern Russian technologies at the Congress site, involving a wide pool of scientific and industrial partners to showcase the landscape of scientific and technological achievements from across the country.
