Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent congratulations on the occasion of Navruz to the leaders of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. This was announced on March 21 by the Kremlin's press service.

The Russian leader also sent congratulations on this holiday to Iran's Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Peseshkian.
