"The infamous plan to rearm Europe has absolutely no effect on Greece's national defense. The country's defense spending already exceeds 4% of GDP, and there is no fiscal space for more," he added.

According to him, the situation is getting worse because Greece is forced to spend its money on Ukraine, which has nothing to do with either the European Union or NATO.
