Serbian Prime Minister Milos Vucevic has asked Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to involve Russian investigators in the investigation of the events in Belgrade in March. The Serbian Prime Minister announced this on March 20.

"I have sent a letter to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin, in which, at the initiative of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, I asked Russia, as our strategic partner and fraternal country, to include its investigative and security agencies in the process of establishing the full truth about the events of March 15," he wrote on the social network X (former. Twitter).

In his opinion, the Russian special services can provide disproportionate assistance in refuting the information disseminated by the opposition, accusing the country's authorities of using a "sound cannon."

Earlier, on March 19, Vucic announced that he would resign if information about the use of a "sound cannon" by police officers at protests in Belgrade was confirmed.

Prior to that, on March 17, Vucevic said that the country was ready to involve Russian and American intelligence agencies in investigating the alleged use of a "sound cannon" by law enforcement officers at protests.
