The list of cities available for family mortgages for secondary housing has been published

Russians can purchase secondary housing on a family mortgage at a rate of 6% per annum in 901 settlements. This follows from the list compiled and published on March 20 by DOM.RF.

It is specified that among such cities are those in which two or fewer apartment buildings are being built at the beginning of this year.

Among them are Murmansk, Vorkuta, Gelendzhik, Norilsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Nazran, Ukhta, Yeniseisk and others. So, the list includes cities from almost all regions except the capital.

Families can apply for a preferential loan for a ready-made apartment from the first of April 1.

The regulator recalled the introduction of penalties for this from April 1.

Earlier in the day, analysts at Atera Group told Izvestia that Moscow and the Moscow Region continue to show record differences in real estate prices. Housing in the capital is already 1.7 times more expensive than housing in the Moscow region, and according to analysts, this gap will only widen.
