- The Hungarian expert pointed to the increase in crime during Ukraine's accession to the EU

The entire territory of the European Union (EU) is threatened by an increase in the number of criminal groups if Ukraine joins the union. This was announced on Thursday, March 20, by Hungarian political analyst Gyorgy Nogradi in an interview with the Magyar Nemzet newspaper.
"After [the conflict], a large number of Ukrainian criminal groups will appear both inside the country and in neighboring countries, and after Ukraine's possible accession to the EU — throughout the European Union," he said.
According to the publication, the Ukrainian authorities are not taking any action to combat the illegal trafficking of weapons, which is why they fall into the hands of criminals.
Nogradi noted that anyone who wants to purchase weapons on the territory of Ukraine can get them.
Earlier, on February 2, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said he had no idea where the $200 billion allocated by the United States for military aid had gone. According to the Ukrainian leader, Kiev has not received even half of the allocated aid. At the same time, Zelensky noted that when the United States calls "the exact figure that Congress supported" — $177 billion, it should be understood that Kiev received assistance for this amount "not with money, but with weapons."
