The United States has attacked Houthi positions in Hodeidah province.

American aircraft have attacked positions of the Ansar Allah movement (Houthis) in the Yemeni province of Hodeidah. This was reported on March 20 by the local channel Al Masirah.

According to the broadcaster's correspondent, American planes attacked the Al-Katib area four times in the Al-Mina district.

There is no information about the dead or injured as a result of the strikes.

On the same day, Houthi representative Yahya Saria announced the movement's attack on the American aircraft carrier group led by the USS Harry Truman in the Red Sea. The ships were attacked using drones, as well as ballistic and cruise missiles. According to Saria, "the operation has successfully achieved its goal."

On March 17, it was reported that dozens of Yemeni Houthis from Ansar Allah were killed in United States strikes on the territory of Hodeidah province. The day before, the Ansar Allah Houthis announced that they would reach a new level of escalation if the United States continued bombing Yemen.
