A criminal case was opened after the death of a teenager in the Angara region

In the Irkutsk region, a 15-year-old teenager died after inhaling gas from a canister. A criminal case has been opened into the boy's death.

The incident occurred in the Irkutsk region. According to law enforcement agencies, a group of teenagers was vacationing with one of their friends. A ninth grade student used a household spray can and inhaled the gas. After a while, the minor became ill. He went outside and lost consciousness. The boy died before the ambulance arrived, IrkutskMedia news agency writes.

The criminal case was initiated under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence").

In February, a 12-year-old teenager accidentally shot his friend with his father's carbine in the village of Chunskoye. A schoolboy was showing a friend a weapon. The victim died on the spot.
