Polish authorities have called on citizens to prepare for three days of autonomous survival without the help of government agencies. This was reported on March 20 by the PAP agency with reference to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the country Veslav Lesnyakevich.

According to him, in a crisis situation, the state cannot fully replace the actions of the citizen himself, so everyone must learn how to resist threats on their own.

"Let us have a supply of water, necessary medicines, hygiene and sanitation products, food supplies, lighting that will work without electricity, charged external batteries," said Lesnyakevich, his words are transmitted by the Bankier portal.

The Deputy Interior Minister of Poland also advised to get a transistor radio. Sometimes this is the only way to get information, he stressed.

In February, the Estonian authorities recommended that residents stock up on food and medicine due to possible power outages due to the country's withdrawal from the BRELL power grid. It was noted that it would not be superfluous to also stock up on alternative light sources.
