Famous Russian poet, playwright and screenwriter Vadim Zhuk died in Suzdal at the age of 79. This was confirmed on March 20 by Izvestia correspondent Nikolai Nikulin.
It is specified that the Beetle died during the animation festival "Suzdalfest", which he was supposed to lead. Information about the cause of death and the place of farewell is unknown.
Vadim Zhuk was born in 1947 in Leningrad and became famous for his roles in films by Alexander Sokurov, Igor Maslennikov and Vladimir Khotinenko. He was also one of the screenwriters of the feature-length animated film "The Return of Pinocchio", wrote several songs for the animated films "Masha and the Bear" and others.
