After the new attacks on the Russian infrastructure, Kiev showed a complete lack of political will for peace and a diplomatic settlement of the conflict. This was announced on March 20 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"It is absolutely clear that we are talking about another provocation specially prepared by the Kiev regime aimed at disrupting peace initiatives, including those put forward by the US president," the diplomat noted.
