A large—scale fire occurred in Primorye - dry vegetation caught fire on an area of 3 thousand square meters. This was announced on March 20 by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

"In the village of Avangard, dry vegetation and buildings on 3,000 squares caught fire. Extinguishing is complicated by strong winds. The fire destroyed a private house, outbuildings and damaged a three—apartment building," the agency said in a Telegram channel message.

The fire has already been localized, more than 40 specialists and 10 pieces of equipment are working on the site.
