Kravtsov did not rule out testing assessments for behavior in several regions.

Starting from September 1, 2025, several regions of the country may receive a behavior assessment for testing this mechanism. This was announced on March 20 by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov at a meeting of the State Duma on family protection, fatherhood, motherhood and childhood.

According to Kravtsov, he supports this initiative, but the introduction of assessments for behavior requires discussion.

"As for the pilot project, <...> I do not rule out that maybe we will take several regions and test them," Kravtsov said.
