On the sixth day of Moscow Fashion Week, 15 shows were held, and Russian designers, students and graduates of Ivanovo Polytechnic University, and a designer from the United States presented their collections. The lecture hall hosted lectures on the Russian code, black in makeup, and experts discussed who shapes modern fashion and how trends are born.

The Department of Design of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University presented a collection combining elements of folk and modern costume. The presented collection combines elements of avant-garde, deconstructivism, Art Deco, glam rock and urban romanticism styles. Products with soft draperies and flounces deserve special attention, as well as contrasting combinations of materials and colors – here a striped print in a nautical theme juxtaposes with glam rock patent leather, and vintage denim and a torn black geometric-cut raincoat with expressive drapery create a visual symphony of shapes.

Upscale brand Rishi presented a denim collection. Denim could be seen everywhere – in images, individual products and accessories – raincoats, skirts, dresses, of course, trousers and even bags. Separately, it is worth noting the asymmetrical cut present in the collection, accents in the form of corsets and basses, a fit fit that successfully alternates with images with a looser style.

St. Petersburg brand Katarina Nova presented a new collection, which focused on its best–selling dresses and jackets, which combined femininity, classics and modernity. The noble combination of deep shades – bordeaux, chocolate, beige – is complemented by sequins. Harmonious combinations of fabrics – wool, silk, cashmere, linen, cotton – look great with a good cut and accent fittings.

This time, the designer of the Leffers brand presented the Athena collection to the audience, revealing female beauty through images of Greek goddesses. But the collection did not consist of characteristic tunics — on the contrary, traditional silhouettes were combined with modern solutions. Decorative knots and drapery on the hips decorated the tight-fitting maxi skirts, the twisted straps, lowered to the shoulders, referred to the chiton, complementing the translucent flowing dresses. Trench coats with dynamic fringes, twisted details as the main elements with ancient Greek motifs, an asymmetrical cut and a flying train are the main elements of the collection.

The St. Petersburg clothing brand Lost Genome presented the spring-summer collection "Black and White Kaleidoscope" at Moscow Fashion Week, the main materials of which were cambric, viscose knitwear, taffeta and poplin. Details such as wide sleeves and ruffles are combined with ruffled fabrics. Simple lines and elongated silhouettes with soft draperies emphasize natural grace and femininity.

The Masterpeace brand presented its spring-summer collection at the Moscow Fashion Week show. For the first time, the boho theme was presented, originating from the 70s of the last century, which the designer and founder of the brand Evgenia Linovich caught fire a few years ago. All the rules of inclusivity were observed on the catwalk: plus-size girls, age models and Taisiya Levchenko, a model with disabilities, showed their outfits. The stylist of the show, Gala Borzova, a young mother with a baby in her arms, and Anita Pudikova, a soloist of the Bolshoi Theater, also took the podium. The fabrics and accessories for one product were imported from five different countries. The collection also has an eco-friendly orientation: velvet and suede vests were sewn from vintage items that Evgenia had acquired over the years in different parts of the world. Eugenia made hats and jewelry with her own hands in a Sacred Valley in Peru, where she went on a volunteer mission.

The speakers of the lecture hall were fashion expert Alexey Sukharev, stylist, fashion expert, lawyer, author of articles in leading fashion publications Marina Barykina, leading advertising and fashion photographer of Russia Olga Tuponogova-Volkova, makeup artist Ernest Muntaniol, PhD, member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and the International Federation of Artists, head of the department "Design Denis Eremkin and Director of the Slava Zaitsev Gallery, Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts, member of the Union of Designers of Russia, Associate Professor of Costume Design at the Moscow Art Institute Yulia Popova.
