The tragedy occurred on the evening of Friday, March 22, 2024, when terrorists broke into the Crocus City Hall concert hall. There were four main perpetrators of the terrorist attack: These are citizens of Tajikistan — Mukhammadsobir Fayzov*, Dalerjon Mirzoev*, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda* and Shamsidin Fariduni*, all of whom are included in the list of terrorists and extremists. In addition, the investigation found that four more defendants in the case were militants of the terrorist organization Vilayat Khorasan, which is recognized as banned in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Dalerjon Mirzoev*, 32 years old, originally from Tajikistan, lived in Russia under temporary registration in Novosibirsk. He has a wife and four children. His brother has been involved in combat operations in Syria since 2016, fighting on the side of ISIS (an organization recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in Russia). According to preliminary data, Dalerjon's brother died in 2020. Dalerjon himself is one of the direct participants in the attack on Crocus and has admitted his guilt.
Saidakrami Rachabalizoda* arrived in Russia after the ninth grade from Tajikistan in search of work, but was deported. He is 30 years old, married and has one child. He had no previous criminal record and did not work. During the arrest, he tried to escape from law enforcement officers and climbed a tree. Saidakrami pleaded guilty to preparing a terrorist attack and is one of the direct participants in the attack on the audience.
Shamsidin Fariduni*, 25 years old, registered in Krasnogorsk, worked at a parquet factory in Podolsk. He also hails from Tajikistan, is married and has a young child. Shamsidin told investigators that on March 4 he arrived in Russia from Turkey, where he was on the case of the documents. He visited Crocus in early March to study the layout of the premises. Mukhammadsobir Fayzov*, 19 years old, originally from Tajikistan, worked in Russian hairdressers for more than a year. He doesn't have a wife or children. He is also listed among the direct attackers of the audience, but there is no information about his admission of guilt.
Dilovar Islomov, 24, is also being investigated for the terrorist attack. He was born in Tajikistan, but holds Russian citizenship. He is married, has a young child, and works in a taxi. Dilovar Islomov is believed to be the owner of the white Renault car in which the suspects fled the crime scene. He did not admit his guilt.
33-year—old Aminchon Islomov* is Dilovar's older brother. He, like his brother, is a native of Tajikistan with Russian citizenship. He has seven children from two wives. Isroil Islomov* is 64 years old, is the father of the Islomov brothers. He is a citizen of Tajikistan, but has a residence permit in Russia. He lives in Tver. He pleaded not guilty to aiding and abetting the suspects in the terrorist attack.
Alisher Kasimov* is registered in Krasnogorsk, he is a Russian citizen and a native of Kyrgyzstan. He is 32 years old, married, with three children. According to investigators, it was he who rented out the apartment in which the suspects of the terrorist attack lived and were preparing an attack. He pleaded not guilty, saying that he did not know who he was renting the apartment to.
Nazrimad Lutfulloi* lived in a hostel on Montazhnaya Street in Moscow. He is 24 years old, was born in Tajikistan, has a higher education. Nazrimad is not married, he has no children, and he has no previous convictions. During the investigation, he partially admitted his guilt, and later appealed the arrest. Dzhumokhon Kurbonov, a native of Tajikistan, was also arrested in connection with the terrorist attack in Crocus. He also provided participants with means of communication and paid for them. Kurbonov is 21 years old, he lived in a hostel in Moscow and worked informally.
